Still Hopeful

The head of our adoption agency has been in Ethiopia since last Friday but has still not been able to get all of the documents for the Embassy that we need. He sent an e-mail today that he is going to the orphanage director tomorrow and demand that they get all of the documents together that are needed. We are still hopeful that he will be able to accomplish this while he is there although we are not as hopeful that we will be going for the January 24th Embassy date. We are also checking on the option of being able to bring Rachel home if they can't get this sorted out right now. We are praying for God to work it all out in His time and according to His will.

The Lord will work out his plans for my life - for your faithful love, O Lord, endures forever. Don't abandon me, for you made me.

~ Psalm 138:8

The girls are beautiful. I can see why you are anxious to get them home. Hang in there my friends. My Bible study this week spoke of the God who is there. Know that he is there with the girls watching faithfully over them!

Bev,

Thank you for the encouragement. We are very much in need of it right now. We know that God is in control and will work it all out at the right time. It is comforting to know that God is there with them holding them in his arms.

Love,
Sandy
