We found out a slight change of our plans today. The good news is that we will definitely get to see the girls when we go over for the court date on October 22nd. The not so good news is that the November 25 date we were given was not when we get to bring them home. It is the date when the Ethiopian government will issue the necessary paperwork to get the girls' passports, etc. We will then get to go bring them home either in late December or early January.
Please pray that we will have no more delays and that we will get to bring them home in December.

How frustrating that you still don't know when the girls will be coming home. I was excited to think they would be here for Christmas.
How exciting you will get to see and hold them in October! How hard it will be to leave them behind, even temporarily. It will give the girls a chance to meet you and will make it less scary for them when you come back to take them home.
When we were waiting forever for Gracie to come home, I clung to Jeremiah 29:11
For I know the plans I have for {Leah and Rachel}declares the Lord. Plan to prosper {them} and not to harm {them}, plans to give {Leah and Rachel}HOPE and a FUTURE.
Hang in there Mike and Sandy. This will all be a distant memory some day.
